Head of Sales - Experience Cloud (AppDev / DX)
Compensation: $230k base + 2x OTE
I’ve recently been briefed by an enterprise software company generating $1.5 billion in revenue that is looking to grow its Experience Cloud division. They are seeking a GTM Leader for this role (Remote).
Company Overview:
- A major player in the enterprise software market, with a wide range of platform solutions across Digital Transformation.
- The company has made significant investments in its product offerings, rebranding, and preparing for future growth.
- The Experience Cloud division is a key driver for the company, contributing $300 million globally. This includes solutions for Digital Experience, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and Low-Code Application Development.
- The products are designed to integrate seamlessly, offering a unique edge over competitors like Sitecore and Adobe, who do not provide the same holistic solution.
Role Overview:
- This is a Greenfield opportunity, where you’ll be leading a team of 4 with plans to grow the team to 14 (including 7 new hires within the first 6 months).
- You will oversee sales strategy and execution across the Experience Cloud portfolio, motivating your team to hit ambitious targets.
- Your responsibility will include driving new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to further increase license sales.
- As a key sales leader, you will shape the direction of this rapidly growing division and play an instrumental role in its success.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $230k, with the potential to earn up to 2x in OTE.
- There is flexibility with the compensation package for the right candidate, as this is a critical leadership role.
