Job description

As the Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a foundational role in building and scaling the US Go-To-Market function. You’ll be responsible for owning revenue generation, closing key initial deals, and building a high-performance sales team focused on new logo acquisition in the enterprise cybersecurity space. This is a rare opportunity to shape the sales culture, strategy, and growth of a category-defining company.

This role is perfect for a high-impact sales leader who thrives in early-stage environments, knows how to sell to the CISO, and is excited to build a business from the ground up. You balance strategy with execution, vision with accountability, and ambition with grit.

Experience

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role (1st or 2nd line); startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred

  • Cybersecurity domain expertise—you’ve sold into CISOs and understand the ecosystem, preferably in emerging categories like Data Security, AI Security, or Browser Security

  • Proven track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals ($200K–$1M+) and navigating complex sales cycles (4–18 months)

  • Demonstrated success in building and coaching sales teams in a high-performance environment

  • A hands-on mentality—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help close deals yourself

  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales motion, including MEDDIC, value selling, or similar methodologies

  • Strong relationships in the cybersecurity community and experience leveraging them to accelerate pipeline development

About you

  • Passion for building—whether it’s a team, a playbook, or a new market

  • Strategic mindset, paired with an ability to move quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communicator—able to influence internally and externally with clarity and conviction

  • Grit, resilience, and a growth mindset—you see obstacles as opportunities to learn and improve
