The Impact You’ll Have
We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to lead institutional sales efforts across the U.S. and LATAM regions. This role demands a deep understanding of crypto infrastructure and regulatory compliance, along with a strong record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals in the financial services sector.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence among financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native companies, driving the adoption of compliance and infrastructure solutions tailored to the evolving needs of digital asset markets.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead both outbound and inbound sales efforts in your designated region

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing

  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, and innovation functions

  • Collaborate with internal teams—Solutions, Customer Success, and Product—to ensure seamless customer onboarding and growth

  • Educate prospects and clients on the importance of compliance in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASP regulations)

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences throughout the Americas

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene


Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto infrastructure

  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure enterprise deals

  • Strong understanding of financial regulatory compliance and its application in digital asset markets

  • Based in New York City or another major financial hub in the US
