Product Engineer – Founding Team

Location: NYC preferred
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + equity

Our client is a stealth startup building the world's first AI-powered community growth engine for consumer brands. The founding team comprises experienced builders from leading tech companies and is backed by top-tier investors. They're preparing for a major market launch.

What You'll Do:

• Own and build key product features from ideation to launch across the full stack
• Design and implement backend systems, frontend experiences, and AI/ML integrations
• Create innovative user experiences that go beyond traditional interfaces, think agentic workflows, automated reporting, and intelligent creator matching
• Work directly with founders to shape product direction and engineering culture
• Talk to customers and iterate rapidly based on real user feedback
• Build scalable systems to manage thousands of creator relationships through AI agents

Who Are You:

• Proficient in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Postgres)
• Full-stack mindset with experience building applications from scratch
• Product-focused engineer who thinks about the "why" behind features
