Job description

A fast-growing technology company at the forefront of blockchain security and risk intelligence is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Lead to scale its global content operations.

Our platform helps organizations in both Web3 and financial services detect, analyze, and respond to emerging risks across decentralized networks. We serve a diverse client base ranging from crypto-native innovators to enterprise institutions adopting digital assets at scale.

As we continue to expand globally, we’re seeking a strategic storyteller who can craft compelling narratives, simplify technical topics, and position our company as a trusted voice in the rapidly evolving world of digital asset security.


The Role

As the Content Marketing Lead, you’ll own the company’s content strategy and production process end-to-end — from messaging and planning to distribution and performance measurement.

You’ll collaborate with internal subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Sales to build thought leadership, generate demand, and educate the market about risk management and compliance in blockchain ecosystems.

This is a high-impact role for a creative yet analytical marketer who can bridge technical depth and strategic communication to influence how institutions think about blockchain security.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a global content marketing strategy targeting both blockchain-native and institutional audiences.

  • Create thought leadership and educational materials on risk management, compliance automation, and decentralized security operations.

  • Translate complex technical topics — such as exploit prevention, threat monitoring, and automated response — into clear and engaging narratives.

  • Own the content calendar and oversee production across formats including blogs, whitepapers, research, social media, and video.

Thought Leadership & Brand Development

  • Produce long-form content such as reports, guides, and opinion pieces to establish the company’s credibility in blockchain security.

  • Write and ghostwrite articles and social content for executives and technical experts.

  • Build relationships with industry publications and secure placements for contributed content.

Incident & Trend-Driven Content

  • Lead rapid-response content development around major security incidents or industry trends.

  • Create case studies and analyses that highlight the company’s technical capabilities and preventive outcomes.

  • Develop repeatable frameworks for transforming technical events into marketing insights and educational assets.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with Product Marketing to produce collateral for product launches, feature announcements, and customer success stories.

  • Support commercial teams with value-driven content tailored for enterprise and blockchain audiences.

  • Contribute to webinars, conference presentations, and speaking proposals.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define performance metrics for engagement, pipeline contribution, and brand visibility.

  • Continuously optimize content for discoverability, search intent, and audience relevance.

  • Use analytics and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to refine messaging and improve conversion outcomes.

  • Maintain and update evergreen content for accuracy and consistency.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of content marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or strategic role within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or blockchain.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity and impact.

  • Experience using AI-powered content tools to streamline workflows and scale production efficiently.

  • Proven ability to create content for both technical audiences (developers, engineers, security teams) and business decision-makers (executives, risk officers).

  • Strong grasp of distribution strategies, engagement metrics, and content lifecycle management.

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems.

  • Background or interest in cybersecurity, risk management, or financial technology.

  • Experience marketing to institutional or enterprise audiences, particularly within finance or compliance sectors.

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance optimization.

  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
