Job description

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll own the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and generate pipeline. This includes leading event strategy, coordinating integrated campaigns, and shaping the company’s presence across industry conferences, executive forums, and digital channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Content to ensure our marketing activities deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution, bringing structure, creativity, and results to a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Event Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for regional and global markets, integrating both in-person and digital programs.

  • Plan and manage participation in major conferences, summits, and community events, including sponsorships and speaking opportunities.

  • Oversee webinars, virtual events, and executive sessions that engage technical and business audiences.

  • Align event and campaign strategies with brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue goals.

Campaign Development & Promotion

  • Design and manage marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.

  • Develop promotional materials, landing pages, and digital assets to support events and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling narratives and thought leadership pieces around key events and announcements.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, coordinate outreach, and ensure event-driven leads are nurtured effectively.

  • Create sales enablement materials, briefings, and post-event follow-ups that translate marketing momentum into pipeline growth.

  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives with tailored event and content strategies.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define success metrics for all marketing activities, from awareness to lead conversion.

  • Track event and campaign performance using analytics tools; deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain marketing dashboards and share performance reports with key stakeholders.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including campaign and event ownership within fintech, cybersecurity, or blockchain.

  • Demonstrated success managing programs that drive brand awareness and revenue impact.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams to coordinate event and pipeline strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sectors.

  • Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Strong written communication and storytelling abilities across multiple channels.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.

  • A proactive, self-directed approach; comfortable working independently in a remote-first, global team.

  • High energy, creativity, and an enthusiasm for innovation.
