Our mission is to enable more secure, efficient, and interoperable financial services between regulated institutions — going beyond compliance to power the future of digital asset transfers.
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead our revenue expansion as we evolve from a single-product compliance provider into a multi-product infrastructure platform for digital assets.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will take charge of our direct sales strategy, grow and coach the team, and build a high-performing, scalable sales engine. You’ll report directly to the COO, collaborate with the executive team, and engage closely with the board and other internal stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader with deep experience in crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure to shape the next chapter of a category-defining company.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Leadership: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across core customer segments (e.g., virtual asset service providers, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, banks).
- Team Management & Coaching: Grow, mentor, and uplevel a global sales team. Provide ongoing coaching around enterprise sales execution, including discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to develop sales playbooks, enablement materials, and training programs that drive success in a complex, evolving landscape.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Personally close high-value deals with key customers and partners, particularly in the areas of stablecoins and global payments.
- Sales Ops Leader: Own sales forecasting, pipeline velocity, data hygiene, and operational rigor to drive repeatable and scalable revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers and a conduit to internal product teams, shaping the roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including 3 years+ in a leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company (Series B or later).
- Deep domain expertise in crypto, payments, or adjacent infrastructure.
- Proven success scaling from single to multi-product sales organizations.
- Experience operating as a player-coach, leading by example and personally owning key deals.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and expanding total addressable market.
- Strategic mindset paired with operational excellence — you’re data-driven, execution-oriented, and focused on long-term scalability.
- Ability to define and systematize sales processes, playbooks, and enablement frameworks.
