Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance & Revenue Operations Manager to join our Finance and Operations Team in Tel Aviv. This role is critical to our business operations, ensuring that our billing, invoicing, and revenue-related tasks are executed flawlessly. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM processes, dashboards, ERP systems, data analytics, and business insights that drive performance. Your work will directly support our sales teams globally, providing them with the insights and tools they need to succeed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing: Manage all aspects of billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Operations: Handle finance-related tasks, including reconciling accounts, managing financial records, and supporting financial audits.
  • CRM Management: Oversee and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
  • ERP Systems: Manage and maintain the Priority ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and integrates smoothly with other platforms.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyse business performance data to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Dashboard Management: Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with global sales teams, providing them with the data, tools, and support they need to meet their targets.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes, implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with Priority ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with billing solutions is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
