GDPR Data Analyst Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Location: London OR Chatham, Kent Pay: inside IR35, up to £390 per day We are seeking a detail-oriented GDPR Data Analyst to support our data protection and compliance efforts within a dynamic, data-driven environment. Working alongside legal, IT, and compliance teams, you will help ensure our data handling aligns with GDPR and other privacy regulations. This role offers exposure to enterprise systems and data platforms, contributing to high-impact privacy initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse and document data processing activities to identify areas requiring data removal. - Support the “delete/anonymise/obfuscate” (DAO) of personal data in line with GDPR retention policies. - Collaborate with system SMEs to map existing data landscapes. - Provide insight to help prioritise data remediation efforts. Key Skills & Experience: - 4+ years’ experience in data analysis, privacy, or compliance roles. - Strong working knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws. - Proven ability to analyse large data sets and work across cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with enterprise systems and database querying. |
