$280k - $300k OTE (uncapped)

I’m currently representing a Salesforce Implementation partner that has seen strong success within their first few years of build. They’ve hired some amazing people (now a team of 11), won some awesome clients, and are now able to expand out, so they are looking for their first commercial hire.

In this role you will be selling implementation services, for Core Salesforce business, to target clients in various verticals. The business is open to an individual contributor coming in to sell, or a sales leader that will grow their own team; there are options on the table for both narratives.

The business model is based on Senior Functional Consultants, and the angle being offered to customers is typically more strategically driven than their competition. Feedback from customers has been great so far, with an average rating of 4.9 stars on the Salesforce AppExchange.

The OTE for this role is $280,000 - $300,000, although we could go above for the right person.

The foundations have been set for a hungry individual to take the reins of an exciting and potentially prosperous project.
