Partner Analyst – Global Cloud & SAP Ecosystems
The Partner Analyst supports the development, governance, and optimisation of global partner programs across SAP, AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. The role ensures partner program compliance, manages certifications and audits, maintains partner tier requirements, and oversees accurate pipeline reporting and deal registration across multiple partner portals. You’ll work cross functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and finance to help maintain top tier partner status and maximise incentives, funding, and joint business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Compliance & Governance
- Maintain partner tiers, competencies, certifications, and renewals across SAP, AWS, Microsoft, and GCP.
- Manage audits, compliance requirements, user access, and certification tracking across partner portals (SAP for Me, ACE, MPC, PNH).
- Support insurance, legal, and other compliance obligations.
SAP Program Support
- Support PE Build, Sell, and Service track requirements and SAP Gold level compliance.
- Manage global pipeline reporting, V2V/TI requirements, SAP sourced deal tracking, RISE Validated activities, CC Flex registrations, and development funding requests.
AWS Program Support
- Support competencies (SAP Consulting, Migration & Modernization) and Premier Tier/Reseller/MSP requirements.
- Manage ACE deal registration, reporting, funding submissions, and user/certification tracking.
Microsoft Program Support
- Support ISD and SAP on Azure specialization.
- Manage MPC deal registration, certification tracking, and funding submissions.
Google Cloud Program Support
- Maintain Select Tier status, competencies, audits, deal registration, and funding submissions in PNH.
Analytics & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Track partner performance metrics and compliance status.
- Produce dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and partner QBRs.
- Support GTM plans and partner aligned offerings.
Relationship & Coordination Support
- Assist Sales Leaders with partner relationship management.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, internal enablement, and represent in partner reviews and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years’ experience in partner management, alliances, or cloud program operations.
- Knowledge of SAP, AWS, Microsoft, and GCP ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Experience with partner portals and certification management.
- SAP and cloud partner program experience strongly preferred.
- Background check required in line with applicable law.
