What You’ll Own

Develop and lead strategic partnerships with ecosystem players such as liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and crypto infrastructure platforms

Execute stablecoin payment strategies with a focus on business development and long-term partner relationships

Represent and evangelize the company’s stablecoin solutions to build market credibility and partner trust

Deliver market insights and customer feedback to shape product features and partnership roadmaps

Combine technical fluency with commercial savvy to align external partner efforts with internal development timelines and strategic priorities
Must-Haves

8+ years in payments, fintech, or crypto with a strong focus on partnerships and business development

Demonstrated success in building and scaling initiatives involving stablecoin infrastructure or liquidity solutions

Established network in the crypto ecosystem, with experience bridging TradFi and DeFi

Proven ability to influence partner priorities and accelerate integration timelines

Skilled communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around complex product and business needs

Independent and proactive leadership style, with the ability to collaborate effectively across executive and technical teams
Nice-to-Haves

Experience at a high-growth company, particularly in fintech or crypto

Familiarity with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and their operating models

Hands-on experience navigating both traditional and crypto-native financial systems
