Our client, a Hyper-Growth SaaS organization who provide their very own Cloud-Based Work Operating System, is urgently seeking a Tech Partnership Manager. 

This organization, who recently went Public, provides the most versatile Cloud-Based Work Operating System that powers teams to run projects and workflows with complete confidence. Teams can now shape workflows, adjust to shifting needs, create transparency, connect collaboratively, and stop doing manual grunt work. 

They are looking for for a talented and fast-paced professional that can leverage a balance of product know-how with business acumen towards building their partnership ecosystem strategy and bringing it to execution. 

In this role, you will be managing the end-to-end relationships with their strategic partners from recruitment and on boarding to ongoing support and co-selling.

Skills and Experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or partnership management
  • A blend of business and technical skills with a solid understanding of partner sales motions and got-to-market approaches
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self-directed individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex ideas into structured frameworks and concrete plans
  • Experience co-selling with cloud providers and/or SaaS companies - Advantage
