We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to shape and execute strategic product marketing initiatives to position and promote our offerings effectively.

Role Overview

As Product Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in designing and implementing strategic product marketing initiatives. Your primary goal is to craft compelling narratives that effectively position and promote our products, contributing to their success in the market. This role is instrumental in shaping the perception of our offerings and driving engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product, program, and narrative launches, demonstrating effective project leadership and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

  • Drive project-based Voice of Customer (VoC) research initiatives, conducting product validations and collaborating with market research partners to derive insights that inform strategic changes.

  • Create compelling and structured messaging, crafting positioning statements that resonate with the target audience and ensuring internal communications are structured for universal understanding.

  • Own the competitive landscape analysis, becoming the go-to expert on market trends that will influence and shape the product roadmap.

  • Establish success metrics, leveraging analytical skills to report on program performance to key stakeholders and inform data-driven decision-making.

  • Craft a persuasive sales narrative and enable field teams, generating excitement for product launches and providing sales teams with compelling assets to drive adoption.

  • Collaborate with B2B marketing experts on campaigns, leading cross-functional implementation of global marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.


  • 5+ Years of demonstrated success in product marketing roles, showcasing a track record of impactful contributions.

  • Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Growth Marketing stakeholders.

  • Proactive and effective communicator, adaptable to changing priorities, and excited about contributing to a diverse team.

  • Positive-sum mentality, demonstrating enthusiasm for both hands-on execution and strategic reflection on the bigger picture.

  • Comfortable and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders, possessing the ability to earn and retain trust through challenging situations.

  • High internal expectations for what is possible, with a knack for inspiring and bringing others along on the journey.
