Role Description:
Scrum Master with strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
Experience working on regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally involving BCBS 239.
Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
