Senior Customer Support Engineer for a Series A Funded SaaS Solution with incredible backing from the Web3 Ecosystem, with a Unique, Industry Leading B2B SaaS Solution within the Web3 Accounting Space.
I'm looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer to come into the business, working directly with the Director of Customer Operations to assist clients with their technical needs while using the platform. The types of clients you'll be interacting with are Exchanges, Crypto Native Funds, Hedge Funds, Accounting Firms, Family Offices, and within that CFOs, Treasury Management Teams, Finance Teams.
Looking for someone with a Deep Understanding of the Blockchain and DeFi Protocols, i.e. Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana.
This person will have experience interacting with clients on a regular basis and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Knowledge in either graphQL, Python, APIs, SDKs, Web Applications are preferred but not essential.
