Head of Marketing
London (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)
Up to £100,000 + 10–20% bonus
Stott & May are currently partnering with a fast-growing Health & Wellness subscription start-up on a mission to tackle longevity through science-backed natural products. With strong DTC growth, the business is now focused on scaling its US/ UK market presence.
They are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale the company’s digital growth engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead customer acquisition, retention, CRM, CRO, and e-commerce performance across key markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance across Meta, Google, YouTube and influencer channels, optimise Shopify and Klaviyo, and build a high-performing marketing function to support global growth.
What they’re looking for:
- 5–10 years’ experience in DTC / e-commerce marketing
- Strong performance marketing and Shopify expertise
- Experience scaling the US/UK market (essential)
- Hands-on with paid media, CRM, CRO and analytics
- AI Integration Marketing experience
- Subscription Experience
