Senior Sales Executive (AVP) - AI-led Quality Engineering
After a period of expansion and acquisition (4 total), I was recently briefed by an AI-led Quality Engineering services company ($500mm) that is looking to continue their build out, with the need to hire 3x Senior Sales Executives (AVP level).
Working across innovation areas such as AI, Automation, Blockchain and Extended Reality, they’re experts in this field, and their leadership status given by major analysts backs this up. Clients are coming to them because of their specialism, plus the capabilities they’ve built, and having a globally diverse engineering arm allows them to be competitive wherever they need to be.
In this role, you’ll operate as a Hunter, selling a range of QA and GenAI services to Named accounts in the F500 and F50. The target list will be moulded based on who you’ve sold to in the past, as well as carefully selected business opportunities. With a $3mm quota, you’re looking at 3 - 4 deals to meet your objective.
The company has seen tremendous growth, having tripled their revenue in the last 3 years, and expecting a similar effort in the next phase. The hiring manager has been with the company for that duration, and has even promoted a couple people to scale their own teams.
Once the wheels are in motion, and targets are being met, we would expect earnings to start in the mid 300 range, and upwards. We don’t want money to be a stopper, so we can be flexible for the right person.
