Regional Sales Leader - Central / West
Compensation: $250k base + 2x OTE
I’ve recently partnered with a prominent Enterprise Software firm, generating $1.5 billion in revenue, that is looking to expand its leadership team. They’re seeking a VP of Sales for their Central and West territories (Remote role).

- The company is now intensifying efforts to uncover new opportunities in these high-growth areas.
Role Overview:
- Lead the sales efforts across the Central and West regions, overseeing all revenue generation within these territories.
- The objective is to drive an additional $20 million in new license sales.
- Manage a team of 5 direct reports (with plans to expand to 8) who each oversee a $10 million+ book of business and focus on securing strategic 6- to 7-figure deals.
- You’ll also have a dotted line responsibility to product specialists and other direct sellers in the region who will contribute to the overall sales goals.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $250k with the potential to earn up to 2x in OTE.
- Flexibility with compensation for the right candidate; this is a key hire, and salary is not intended to be a barrier for the perfect fit.
