Product Manager - Information Risk Management Software

Location: United States

Our client are a pioneering force in the policy-driven information risk management (IRM) domain, our client operates at the forefront of developing sophisticated software solutions for large enterprises. 

Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a visionary Product Manager to bolster their team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in steering our Zero Trust Data Centric Security and policy enforcement suite towards new frontiers. This role encompasses technical investigation, defining requirements for policy enforcement across diverse applications, and spearheading cross-functional projects spanning various geographies.

Beyond product management, the role extends to contributing towards Sales, Marketing, and Business Development initiatives — positioning products, empowering the sales force, and forging strategic partnerships. A strong technical acumen paired with exceptional communication prowess is essential, as is the ability to distill complex technical details into clear requirements, functional specifications, and overarching architecture for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our award-winning product lines.
  • Lead product line expansion efforts, focusing on world-class zero trust data security solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, liaising with customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • Support sales in key customer engagements through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Enhance product collateral, including brochures, datasheets, and web content.
  • Craft compelling sales tools, messaging, and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to define market-leading features and ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Partner with UX and product communication teams to create exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in product development, management, technical sales, enterprise architecture, or a similar role within enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in security, database technology, and familiarity with data security, IAM, GRC, ERP, and information management technologies.
  • Proven track record in designing user interactions, UI mockups, and developing comprehensive product documents.
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies across functional and geographical teams.
