Our prestigious private practice client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber & Privacy Class Action Defense work, with at least 3 years of litigation experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates located in Philadelphia or New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of complex cyber litigation and privacy class action defense matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on cyber and privacy law issues.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Engage in all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay current on emerging trends and developments in cyber and privacy law to provide cutting-edge legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Cyber & Privacy Class Action Defense work.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex litigation cases.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Preference for candidates located in Philadelphia, PA, or New Jersey, though remote candidates will be considered.
