Job description

The ideal candidate will have B2C experience in leading digital marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target customer demographics and optimal marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Test and prioritize effective marketing channels, focusing on lower funnels and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor channel performance and implement optimizations promptly.
  • Coordinate creative and content teams, ensuring cohesive messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website SEO.
  • Provide high-level requirements for internal automation to IT teams or product owners.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on private customers and content/funnel management.
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German.
