Join a Collaborative Team Building a Custom HR ERP Solution

We're seeking a talented and passionate Odoo Developer (Full-Stack) to join our dynamic ERP Project Team within the Human Resources Business Domain. You'll work alongside Business Analysts, Testers, and experienced technical profiles, all guided by an ERP Specialist/Project Manager.

  • Leverage your expertise in Odoo development to customize the solution, ensuring it adheres to specific legislation and workflows.

7 Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  1. Odoo Development Expert: You'll be a certified senior Odoo developer, responsible for the technical analysis, development, and support of customized applications and features within the Odoo ERP software.
  2. Customization Champion: You'll play a key role in customizing the solution to meet the specific needs of the HR department.
  3. Technical Collaboration: As a Technical Consultant, you'll collaborate with and support external providers involved in the HR ERP development.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered Odoo ERP adheres to Odoo's criteria and best practices.
  5. Continuous Learning: Become an expert on all of Odoo's features and functions, staying current with the latest advancements.
  6. Communication & Teamwork: Maintain clear communication, report effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within our team and with external partners.
  7. Strong Technical Foundation: Possess a strong background in programming concepts, Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL databases (including object-relational mapping), and collaboration platforms like OpenText/GitHub Enterprise.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Odoo ERP for Human Resources projects.
  • Project Management/Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Odoo (ERP) Certification.
