Job description

Stott and May is proudly partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed SaaS organization focused distinctly on helping larger enterprise clients and federal agencies redefine how they understand, develop, and mobilize their workforces through best in-class and AI-driven skills intelligence.

They have recently risen their Series-B investment round of ~20M+, from both tier-1 and sector specific investors, and will be looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team for their next chapter of growth.

Sector: Corporate Learning, AI, Skills, and IT-Focused SaaS

Stage: Series B; 5-10M ARR

Size: ~100 Global Employees

What we're looking for:

  • 5 yrs + SaaS Sales Experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a customer centric approach
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software into large / complex accounts (with an average ACV of +100k)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles of 6 months+ in length
  • Experience in selling at the C-Level, particularly CTO, CIO, CLO, CDO
  • Hunger - for success, purpose and motivation
  • Hustle - Possess a hunter mentality with the grit and determination, and a farmer’s ability to nurture and expand opportunity  
  • Humility - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment to achieve results together; be highly coachable and adopts a growth mindset
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPIC
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants, applying them effectively within your work context.
