Our client, a Hyper-Growth SaaS organization who provide their very own Cloud-Based Work Operating System, is urgently seeking a Customer Success Manager - Partners

This organization, who recently went Public, provides the most versatile Cloud-Based Work Operating System that powers teams to run projects and workflows with complete confidence. Teams can now shape workflows, adjust to shifting needs, create transparency, connect collaboratively, and stop doing manual grunt work. 

This is a key position to help shape their Partnerships' Customer Excellence team. In this role you will work closely with their business partners, and with their existing and new clients to ensure that the solution delivers the best value to their business needs and challenges. You will also build the foundations of their North and South American Partnership Customer Success program. 

Skills and Experience 
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success Management with clients
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (and additionally being fluent in Portuguese is HIGHLY preferred)
  • Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions
  • Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to build custom solutions
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent technical project management skills, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plans
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical skills and passion for technology
