Client Director - Central

I was recently briefed by an Enterprise Software company ($1.5b revenue) that are looking to continue the build out of their business, with the need to hire a Client Director (Remote) for their Central region.

The company has a plethora of platform plays across Digital Transformation needs, and has spent the last few years significantly investing in the product, rebranding and setting themselves up for success. After an advisory with McKinsey, they’ve identified solutions within Security and Business Operations with hyper growth potential (all feature on GartnerMQ), and there is a concerted effort to engage and uncover new opportunities.

In this role you’ll take over a book of 10 - 12 accounts (F500) in the Central region, that are generating circa $10mm. Your job is to build on those relationships, whilst identifying upsell and cross opportunities, with the aim of securing large 6 and 7 figure deals through direct sales efforts, and partner channels.

In terms of compensation, we’re targeting $300k - $350k for OTE, with all the necessary benefits you’d expect to see from a company with a solid infrastructure.
