About the Role
A fast-growing blockchain analytics provider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager, Policy & Compliance to support the expansion of its Regulatory Affairs team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital assets, compliance, and public policy. It is well-suited for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or policy functions who are eager to deepen their expertise in crypto regulation and contribute to meaningful client and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Coordination

  • Manage relationships with compliance, policy, and regulatory stakeholders

  • Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication channels

Material Review & Preparation

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining reports, presentations, memos, and other compliance-related documents

Meeting & Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, and documentation for webinars, roundtables, and policy meetings

  • Ensure timely execution of follow-ups and professional presentation of materials

Internal Liaison

  • Collaborate across internal teams—Product, Research, Sales, and Marketing—to ensure alignment on compliance messaging and client materials

Content Management

  • Maintain and update a centralized library of policy and compliance resources, templates, and market insights

Light Research Tasks

  • Conduct background research on regulatory developments, compliance best practices, and relevant policy trends

Operational & Reporting Support

  • Contribute to tracking engagement metrics, KPIs, and reporting workflows for the Regulatory Affairs team

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or public policy (experience in fintech, crypto, consulting, or financial services is preferred)

  • Familiarity with crypto compliance topics such as AML/CFT, VASP supervision, or investigations is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional documents for regulatory and client-facing use

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to dynamic priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, or CRM tools is a plus

  • Eagerness to learn about blockchain analytics and the evolving global regulatory landscape

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
