Job description

A leading organization in the cloud services sector is currently on the lookout for experienced sales professionals to enhance its team. This pivotal role involves spearheading the sales and business development processes, focusing on generating revenue across professional, implementation, and managed services - from initial leads to the final closing stages. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering with alliance partners and internal business development teams to market solutions effectively. This includes taking charge of opportunities, crafting and proposing innovative solutions, and contributing to the achievement of practice goals such as revenue, pipeline creation, and meeting strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiating and leading strategic engagements with both new and existing clients, focusing on developing key relationships across multiple accounts.
  • Collaborating with teams from cloud partners to drive joint sales initiatives, including but not limited to collaborations with Salesforce, Adobe, Treasure Data, and ActionIQ.
  • Leading the charge in securing new business opportunities through a collaborative approach with Sales Enablement and Partner Business Development teams.
  • Crafting differentiated proposals that highlight the company's unique value and competitive edge.
  • Utilizing CRM systems for activity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with the assistance of the Sales Operations team.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in selling professional or managed services, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets for at least 8 years.
  • A strong foundation in sales principles, including process, strategy, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining alliance relationships, preferably with experience in Salesforce, Adobe, Treasure Data, or ActionIQ.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Flexibility and agility in adapting to rapidly changing business priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional persuasion abilities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and action. They must be an effective communicator capable of engaging with senior-level executives and leading strategic sessions.
