Techno Functional Consultant (SaaS Applications – CDP) – Remote/White Plains, NY – Contract

My client who is a leading brand within the CPG industry is currently looking to on board an experienced consultant with a proven background in providing SaaS application support, particularly within the consumer data space. This is a techno functional role with the ideal candidate possessing a strong background in both technical support as well as in business facing roles.
This will be for an initial 8 month contract with a view to extend thereafter.
The role will see individuals working remotely 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days (Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s) on-site at my client’s offices in White Plains, NY.
The Role/Candidate
Hourly Rate – $110-$125 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)

The Role/Candidate
- Technical Support experience – For what will be focused on a number of SaaS commerce applications
- Great to have Commerce Applications include – Blue Conic (or other Consumer Data Platform experience), Web Syndication (Syndigo, Salsify) and POS Management
- Techno functional role – An individual who understands the business side of the equation too. Time spent working with the business, understanding the data component particularly within the consumer data space. This is a business facing role and thus you’d be dealing with issues which naturally arise as well as day to day project support
- Any experience within the Web Development space (i.e. Drupal, WordPress, PHP implementations in a LAMP environment) is also beneficial to have, however the primary focus is the SaaS commerce application support with a focus in consumer data.
