Job Description – Test Engineers (2 Profiles)
Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid – predominantly on-site)Engagement Model: Contract

Assignment Overview & Tasks
- Management of the implementation of projects and individual (maintenance) tickets.
- Analysis and documentation of existing business rules implemented into the Front Office Lending Applications (e.g., Serapis, Iris).
- Analysis and documentation of user requirements for new IT developments, including underlying reporting requirements where applicable.
- Creation of required project documentation (business case, planning documentation, detailed requirements, test case documentation, etc.).
- Software testing of the Front Office Lending Applications and impacted downstream systems.
- Provide front-line support and resolve end-user issues.
- One profile will ensure quality standards are maintained and achieved in day-to-day activities across the team.
Profile 1 – Test Engineer Specialist
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or related field. In absence of a degree, at least 11 years of equivalent professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in English.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 11 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience within financial services institutions, insurance undertakings, or equivalent environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience providing front-line support within banking environments.
- Experience designing and implementing test plans.
- Experience in functional testing and writing test automation scripts.
Profile 2 – Test Engineer Senior
