Senior Software Engineer: $170k - $200k + Equity (Hybrid, NYC)
We're currently partnered with an incredibly exciting VC-backed startup, focused on speeding up the due diligence process in private market mergers and acquisitions with AI.
Overview of the team & success so far:
- Their founding team have been part of 4 successful acquisitions as early/founding members
- Their backgrounds consist of ex-Tesla, Goldman Sachs, Vista Equity Partners, McKinsey and various startups
- They surpassed $1million ARR just 3 months after launching
- $5million raised in funding to-date
- Top of their YC batch
Overview of the role
- Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Next.js, SQL
- Full-Stack Product Development: Design, build, and maintain robust front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies to ensure scalability and performance (see details below).
- Applied Machine Learning & RAG: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve AI model performance, adhering to best practices throughout.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Support the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows to maximize system reliability, observability, and scalability.
