Project Manager
Remote in Romania (based in Romania)
1 Year Contract - €250 - €290 Per Day
We are seeking a Principle Consultant with SAP experience of 6+ years as a Project Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive project plan encompassing software development, cloud migration, and integration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing program environment. Software Development Management:
- Define software requirements, oversee Agile methodologies, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Track software development progress and resolve roadblocks.
- Develop a cloud migration strategy, collaborate with cloud architects and engineers, and manage migration timelines and budgets.
- Provide program status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
- 12+ years of Project Manager experience.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of project management experience leading complex software development or cloud migration programs.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and cloud computing concepts. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with project management tools like MS Project and Jira preferred.
