Job description
A venture-backed, stealth-stage Layer 1 blockchain project is developing a highly scalable and high-throughput platform designed from the ground up. This new blockchain aims to support the next generation of decentralized finance (DeFi), modular applications, and high-performance on-chain systems.
The team is seeking a crypto-native Product Manager to lead both core protocol development and user-facing features. This role will collaborate closely with engineering and ecosystem stakeholders, helping to shape everything from consensus upgrades to native exchange integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy across core protocol features and developer tooling

Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product specifications

Drive execution from ideation to delivery in collaboration with engineering and ecosystem teams

Work with validators, developers, and early users to define and guide product direction

Coordinate and prioritize product roadmaps based on impact and feasibility
Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in the crypto space, including at least 2 years at a centralized or decentralized exchange (CEX or DEX), ideally in areas such as trading, wallets, or infrastructure

Strong technical foundation; prior engineering experience or a degree in Computer Science is preferred

Deep understanding of Layer 1 protocols, consensus mechanisms, tokens, and crypto-native systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment with minimal oversight
