Full Stack Developer-Ireland Hybrid
This is a full-time permanent position.
I am currently recruiting for a newly created role within a rapidly expanding IT team undergoing a massive digital transformation project.
As a Full Stack Developer, your role will be to work as a part of a cross-functional digital development team focused on customer experience, growing traffic, and development.
You will be responsible for writing efficient and maintainable code using frameworks and tools including Symphony, PHP, React, Node.js, BitBucket, AWS, and CircleCI.
You will also write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Duties include: implementing RESTful API endpoints to facilitate communication between front-end, back-end applications and external systems including an e-commerce platform (payments solution).
You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
You will be responsible for mentoring team members, providing training, code peer-reviews, and sharing expertise in software development. It is essential to keep abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be expected to develop error-free application code and unit tests in JavaScript and PHP.
You should have proven experience implementing front-end and back-end applications. Experience in React, NodeJS, REST, and RSS feeds is also crucial.
Moreover, you should have experience working in integrated cross-discipline teams utilizing Agile frameworks.
