We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead business expansion in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role combines strategic sales, relationship management, and a strong understanding of Web3, digital assets, and fintech infrastructure.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll drive growth across key markets in APAC, developing relationships with blockchain protocols, exchanges, fintech firms, and enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to craft go-to-market strategies and position our solutions as essential components of modern financial and Web3 security stacks.
Core Responsibilities

Business Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities in the APAC region across blockchain, fintech, and enterprise sectors.

Client Engagement: Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives, product leaders, and security professionals.

Regional Strategy: Use your understanding of the APAC regulatory and cultural landscape to inform regional sales strategy and outreach.

Sales Execution: Develop territory plans, manage a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Product Expertise: Communicate technical and business value clearly; collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Market Presence: Represent the company at relevant industry events and contribute to thought leadership efforts in the digital asset security space.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity.

Deep understanding of DeFi, CeFi, and institutional adoption of digital assets.

Strong familiarity with APAC markets, including regional regulations and business culture.

Proven success in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fast-moving or startup environments.

Established network within financial institutions, exchanges, or blockchain ecosystems in the region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
