SAP Training  and Change Consultant

My client is seeking an SAP Training and Change Consultant to be part of the growing change Assurance Practice which will remain a crucial element of the growth strategy. You will have significant market opportunity to assist both existing and new customers in achieving their digital transformation goals, we aim to enhance our offerings by incorporating change management and project-based training services.

The SAP Change Management and Training Consultant will support the expansion of this vital business line and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within assigned client environments. Additionally, there is an opportunity to bring new ideas and innovations to the table, helping to evolve and shape ways of working.
To be considered for this role, you will, have experience in delivering change management and training projects, within an SAP environment:
  • Be an integral part of the Project Management Team, working closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful project delivery and transforming trust into value.
  • Support the Change and Training Manager in establishing ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with customers.
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes, identify interdependencies, and consider organizational/programme impacts.
  • Deliver high-quality Project Business Change Deliverables within prescribed timelines, aligned with programme plans and statements of work (SOW).
  • Share knowledge, skills, and experience to advance the team, including supporting practice development and enhancing the methodology where needed.
  • Take responsibility for self-directed learning, with the ability to multi skill.
  • Support business development activities by providing input to RFIs, RFPs, and actively participating in client presales engagements when required.
This role required flexibility to travel.
