Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Customer Success teams to analyse partner performance.
- Guide partners in adopting best-in-class customer success methodologies to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the post-sale customer success expert within our partnership ecosystem.
- Onboard and train new partners to ensure effective client support.
- Develop strategic plans with partners to drive customer outcomes, improve retention (NDR), and scale success initiatives.
- Track key metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Enhance customer-centric approaches across partner portfolios.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success, driving measurable client outcomes.
- Fluent in English & Portuguese.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers.
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level credibility.
- Proven track record in scaling customer success strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Hybrid Role: 3 days in our São Paulo office, 2 days remote.
