You’ll play a vital role in maintaining uptime, compliance, and operational excellence across essential electrical infrastructure.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality PPMs within agreed timeframes

  • Carry out reactive maintenance and fault rectification across electrical assets

  • Support installation and modification of site electrical services

  • Maintain clear communication with the Shift Supervisor regarding plant status, isolations, and ongoing works

  • Update and manage tasks via computer-based PPM systems

  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across plant areas and workshops

You will work across a broad range of critical systems, including:

  • Building electrical installations (panels, circuits, equipment)

  • UPS systems and associated controls

  • Generators and control systems

  • HV systems (training available if required)

  • Emergency lighting and lighting control systems

  • BMS

  • Fire detection and suppression systems

  • AHUs, VSDs, motors, HVAC, VAV, FCUs and split systems

What We’re Looking For

  • C&G qualified (or equivalent) in Electrical Services/Maintenance

  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

  • Experience within Building Services or a similar environment

  • HV Approved Person (desirable)

  • Confined Space trained (where required)

  • Strong technical understanding of UPS, generators, static switches, refrigeration and air conditioning systems

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work within a shift team

  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organised

  • Flexible approach to shift work and training requirements

Interview Availability Required: Candidates must be available on 10th March between 9:00AM – 1:00PM for a potential first-stage interview.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your engineering career within a fast-paced data centre environment, we would love to hear from you.
