Job Title SharePoint Developer

Location Warsaw,Poland (Remote / Near-site - within 2 hours of Warsaw, Poland)

Day Rate €420 per day

Contract Duration 12 months intial

Start Date ASAP

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-level solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications, ensuring high performance, security, and quality. This role provides the opportunity to work across full project lifecycles, using cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, agile environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions using SPFx, HTML, CSS, C#.NET, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and CSOM.
  • Build and maintain the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer for enterprise applications.
  • Apply UML to model and design application architecture.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, and provide 2nd/3rd line support.
  • Lead development teams when required, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Document technical solutions, development standards, and system metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively in Scrum/Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability across multiple platforms.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years IT experience, with 3+ years in SharePoint development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; advanced certification in software development mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online/On-Premise, SPFx, HTML, CSS, C#.NET, ASP.NET, REST APIs, CSOM.
  • Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
  • Knows UML and can design applications in UML
  • Experienced in enterprise-level software development and full solution lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
  • English proficiency B2 minimum.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools and integrations.
  • Prior experience in multi-site or international enterprise projects.
