Lead Data Scientist – Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business challenges, extract and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and statistical significance.
- Present findings to confirm or refute hypotheses and influence business strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineers to implement solutions and mentor team members.
- Adapt to evolving project needs and clearly communicate changes or delays to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis, with proven experience delivering data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with experience pivoting strategies as needed.
- Ability to work remotely with availability for in-office collaboration from time to time in Dallas
