We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to support the design and delivery of user-centred digital banking products. This role requires strong experience in UX/UI design, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute across the product lifecycle — from research to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and behaviours.

  • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for new or enhanced digital features.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.

  • Support usability testing and apply insights to improve product outcomes.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and design best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, supported by a relevant portfolio.

  • Proficiency in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.

  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.

  • Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback.

Desirable:

  • Background in regulated industries, ideally financial services.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design systems.

  • Awareness of ethical design principles and user privacy considerations.

  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).

Expectations:
You may be required to lead design initiatives, advise on UX strategy, contribute to cross-functional projects, and support risk and control measures as part of a wider product team.
