Assignment Description
Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant to join their PAM team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization.
You will play a key role in developing and maturing the PAM solution, managing risks, contributing to roadmaps, and supporting compliance with security frameworks. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive meetings with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
  • Work with Product Owner, Process Owner, and IAM Architect to increase PAM maturity.
  • Support in planning and documenting PAM roadmaps and development areas.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for effective PAM controls and processes.
  • Perform application risk assessments and ensure mitigation of identified risks.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience with CyberArk or equivalent PAM solution.
  • Technical understanding of PAM environments and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of IAM practices (on-prem and cloud).
  • Understanding of identity security principles (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).
  • Experience working with DevOps teams.
  • Knowledge of IT processes and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security & IT frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 2700x, COBIT, ITIL).
  • Basic understanding of directory services, OS, databases, and network devices.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and documentation skills with a structured approach.

  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, CyberArk certifications).
