A pioneering B2B SaaS firm within Web3 and decentralized finance is seeking an experienced BDR Team Lead to spearhead global business development efforts. This fully remote role, based in the EMEA region, offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth, shape scalable processes, and lead a talented team dedicated to safeguarding blockchain innovations.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the BDR Team Lead, you will develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies while leading, coaching, and scaling a dynamic team of Business Development Representatives. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leaders to refine workflows, set ambitious goals, and ensure consistent pipeline growth. Your strategic insights will help optimize operational efficiency and data accuracy, while your leadership will motivate your team to exceed targets and generate meaningful revenue. You’ll develop deep product knowledge to communicate value effectively, tailor approaches to customer challenges, and provide transparent reporting on activities and results across regions and team members.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • 3+ years of successful management experience leading BDRs or sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proactive, motivational leadership style that fosters team growth
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Cold calling and emailing expertise
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator

Nice to Have Skills

  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or Web3 B2B sales
  • Knowledge of additional sales tools such as HubSpot, Cognism, Clay, and Gong

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Over 6 years of B2B sales experience with success leading teams and achieving targets
  • Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments within SaaS, cybersecurity, or blockchain sectors

  • Full remote flexibility within the EMEA region, with potential travel if necessary
