A leading innovator in AI-powered software development tools—used by over 11 million developers globally, including the vast majority of Fortune Global Top 100 companies—is looking for a Global B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on boosting retention, upsell, and cross-sell among our top 2,000 enterprise customers worldwide by engaging senior decision-makers through strategic, scalable marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Develop a centralized global customer lifecycle marketing strategy targeting senior decision-makers at our top enterprise clients, aimed at increasing retention and expansion across a diverse B2B product portfolio.
- Influence strategic decisions by working cross-functionally and securing approvals from senior stakeholders (up to VP level) for new customer lifecycle marketing (CLM) initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional project groups to execute high-impact marketing programs—such as account-based marketing, customer communities, and scalable event formats.
- Oversee marketing effectiveness by optimizing measurement frameworks, tracking results, and owning end-to-end performance analysis.
- Become a subject-matter expert on your audience, using insights from multiple data sources to fine-tune strategies across segments and regions.
- Drive consistent B2B messaging that aligns with the company’s brand narrative and is effectively distributed across all relevant marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, and PR to ensure campaigns are fully aligned and support overarching commercial goals.
- Continuously improve programs using A/B testing, data analysis, and best practices from industry benchmarks.
- Stay informed on trends and competitors, and apply those insights to strengthen the overall customer engagement approach.
- Lead and mentor two junior B2B marketing team members responsible for executing lifecycle programs and campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in customer lifecycle marketing and enterprise account strategies.
- Proven success in developing and executing customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many formats.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize marketing performance based on data.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in the software or tech industry is preferred but not required.
