Federal Account Executive
$300k - $350k OTE
After a solid start to sales, and a successful Series B round ($40mm total), I was recently briefed by an AI SaaS company that is breaking ground when it comes to their Skills Intelligence Platform. They’re looking to continue the build out of their sales org, with the need to hire a Federal Account Executive.
They’re experts in their field, and their client list of F500 and Government customers backs this up. The platform, which operates at the intersection of skills and AI, utilizes automated psychometry and Generative AI, and is the first of its’ kind on the market - it’s an emerging category and this is an opening to work for the #1 outfit.
Looking to replicate some of the success they’ve had with other DoD, Civilian and Intelligence customers, you would come in as their first dedicated Federal rep, taking ownership over that vertical, looking to land (and expand) high 6-figure deal opportunities.
Why am I confident this will be fruitful? The leadership team. The credited (well known) founders have trained over 4 million AI practitioners globally and have experienced multiple successful start-up ventures in the past. The resources are in place, the runway is there, and it’s a great time to jump on board.
For compensation we would be looking at an OTE of $300k - $350k. Plans would be uncapped, with a solid benefits package that includes equity.
