Project Manager (freelance)
Location: Dublin, Ireland, over 50% of the time
Contract Duration: 6–12 months

Purpose
To lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and scope expectations, while managing project change control within agreed processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, adhering to cost, schedule, and scope expectations, and manage project change control within established processes.
- Establish and maintain governance structures and effective communication channels with all partners.
- Manage project/programme risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate actions and mitigations with robust governance.
- Oversee project budgets, report against agreed targets/outcomes, and maintain all programme documentation and registers.
- Coordinate activities of internal teams, third parties, and stakeholders, while mentoring junior team members and supporting peers.
Essential Requirements
- Proven Experience: 5+ years leading and delivering change projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship management skills and experience.
- Business Value Delivery: Track record of delivering measurable business value from change initiatives.
- Sector Experience: Experience delivering technical and business projects/solutions in the financial services sector.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile project management.
- Process Improvement: Ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve complex problems, meet quality requirements, and eliminate waste.
