Enterprise Account Executive - Manufacturing Software
Eastern or Central (US)
After doubling their revenue in the last couple of years, a Manufacturing / Shop Floor SaaS company ($50m) is looking to continue the build out of their sales org, we the need to hire a couple heads within Enterprise Sales roles.
They are experts in their field (MES & MRO) and their position on the GartnerMQ backs this up. The platform offers many unique features, and is on a multi-year journey, which includes a subscription first model, and a native web app which will be available by year end.
Looking to replicate some of the success they’ve had with other F100 customers, the goal for you would be to drive sales within a named account base, looking to land (and expand) 7-figure deal opportunities.
Why am I confident this will be fruitful? The leadership team. There are many profiles to highlight, but a key one would be the CRO. Not only has he successfully grown the revenue here by 2x, but in his previous gig he also took a company from $35m - $70m before it was sold to one of the major software players in the Manufacturing space. He knows how to build.
For compensation we would be looking at a base of $120k - $150k, with a 2x on OTE. Plans would be uncapped, with 50% of reps earning $500k and the top seller making close to 7-figures.
