Senior Account Executive - Financial Services
US, Remote (East Coast)
$140k - $160k, 2x OTE

I was recently briefed by a mid sized (700 person) AI company that are looking to continue the build out of their FinTech business, with the need to hire an Enterprise seller (remote) to focus on large transaction opportunities.

In this Senior Sales role, you will be selling a platform that allows Tier 1 businesses to protect internal and external assets in relation to financial crime, fraud and compliance, with added insight and actionable intelligence from an AI and Analytics layer.

The company has been in situation for 15 years, but this motion is very much considered Greenfield, due to recent investment and acquisition being the catalyst for growth and increased capabilities from AI. The scalability is certainly there, with deal sizes generally in the 7-figure range, often reaching 8-figures plus.

The foundation of the company is solid. They have a solid product with a healthy customer base (200+), the backer is a billionaire angel investor, and the current clientele includes blue chip names like Deloitte, KPMG, Booking.com and Pepsi.

OTE would be up to $240k - $320k (50/50 split), uncapped, although I can possibly go above for the right person.
