Customer Success Manager | SaaS Unicorn (Legal Tech)

Europe’s next SaaS unicorn is hiring.
Founded in 2023, this legal tech scale-up has already achieved 413% YoY growth, is on track for 200 employees by end of 2025 and 400 by 2026, and is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about success stories in European SaaS.
They’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Stockholm HQ and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients in the legal and professional services sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own a portfolio of 5–15 strategic accounts worth €2.5M–€3M ARR
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at top law firms & professional services companies
- Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Run QBRs, identify upsell/cross-sell potential, and act as the trusted advisor for your clients
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering to make the customer voice heard
- Roll up your sleeves and help shape the CS function as one of the early hires
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English + one of: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Polish, or Arabic
- 4–6 years’ experience in SaaS, consulting, or the legal/professional services world
- Strong track record in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, relationship-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, ever-changing environment
- Someone who wants to make an impact at ground level and grow as the company scales
