Business Development and Protocol Growth Lead for a global leading DeFi Protocol.
The protocol focuses on Staking, Borrowing & Earn against their stablecoin.

I am looking for a BD Lead to:

- Drive growth of the Protocol and Stablecoin
- Create a Strategy and set metrics for the BD team
- Identify Marketing Trends in the DeFi space to find new business opportunities
- Design and Implement Partnerships 
- Become an active Community Leader

Requirements:

- 5 years of Ecosystem, BD or Growth experience
- Experience within the DeFi space
- Proven partnerships experience with Protocols and Chains
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
